Frequently Asked Questions

Everyone we see is unique and there is no set number of sessions that everyone receives. However, we expect that most people will be seen for between 6 to 12 sessions. 

Yes! We do autism and ADHD assessments through our partner service www.thrivewith.uk

Typically we offer post-diagnostic support to individuals with an official diagnosis of Autism. However, we will also offer support to individuals who self-identify as having autism.

We know that a diagnosis of Autism can also be a big adjustment for family and partners. We want our sessions to be as beneficial as possible and welcome the attendance of family members and partners in our sessions. 

We can only offer sessions to individuals who are 18 years or older.

We offer most of our sessions remotely via Microsoft Teams or via telephone. However, we do have a small provision for in person sessions.
